Wellness Program

It takes a healthy mind and body…

The Laurel House wellness program has four main areas of emphasis:
  • Integration with community health clinics – work with a team of health and psychosocial professionals reviewing overall health and wellness.
  • Nutrition – counseling to improve member’s diet and help them lose weight
  • Tobacco cessation – medically supervised support to quit smoking
  • Exercise and Physical fitness – access to fitness and recreational facilities at a local fitness center
