The Community Fund of Darien recently awarded several grants, among them awards to Laurel House and Person-to-Person.
At the 2017 Grant Awards Open House at the Darien Community Association July 12, Laurel House was awarded $20,000. The grant will help fund the salary for a part-time youth resource specialist for the Resources to Recover program, a privately funded, free resource that quickly connects families with expert mental health resources, best practices and personalized recommendations.
