Tuesday, November 30th is Giving Tuesday, a global event supporting worthy causes.
Laurel House has 2 special requests this year.
1. Help us replace our clients’ items damaged by flooding from September’s Hurricane Ida.
2. Help us meet the significantly increased demand for our services, especially in our Supported Education and Employment programs. Our Counselors’ services have always been in high demand but they are now also requested by individuals experiencing mental health challenges for the first time, due to a rise in anxiety and depression from COVID-19’s social distancing impact: isolation; remote learning; job loss.
