Laurel House, Inc. Awarded Grant from Near & Far Aid  

 

Stamford, CT- Laurel House, Inc. was recently awarded a $7,500 grant from Near & Far Aid in support of www.rtor.org, a free online service of Laurel House, Inc. Near & Far Aid, an all-volunteer fundraising and fund granting organization, funds agencies and programs serving impoverished communities in Fairfield County.

Grant funds will be used to support www.rtor.org, a free gateway website and service that helps families and individuals connect with trusted resources for mental health treatment, support, and recovery. Through this online service, individuals and families in Fairfield County can contact Resource Specialists for personalized help with a problem, obtain information about best practices, or consult the Directory of “Family-Endorsed” Providers for recommendations on vetted programs and practitioners.
